This past Saturday, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the community center. A good number of residents showed up to discuss important concerns facing the development.
The meeting commenced with a succinct report from the head of the association, who highlighted some of the community's successes over the past year.
Following the president's address, there was a period for questions from residents. Numerous residents raised concerns regarding repairs of the shared spaces. There was also a lengthy discussion about planned changes to the lot regulations.
The meeting ended with the approval of the annual budget and the appointment of new members to the governing body.
